As a leader in the Greek movement, Lambda Chi Alpha is changing our approach to the modern day fraternity by embracing the key values uniting our brotherhood for nearly 100 years. No longer satisfied with how false concepts and inappropriate stereotypes contribute to the fraternity experience, we recognize our Seven Core Values as the foundation of our brotherhood, and these values are fully incorporated into all aspects of operations. From the beginning of a man's Lambda Chi experience, these values are instilled and cultivated through tactical approach to values based recruiting. Additionally, our Associate Member program has grown through a demanding, but never demeaning, new member education framework focusing on a young man's growth, maturation, and development rooted in these philosophical values. Lambda Chi Alpha has prescribed an eight-week time period for Associate Members leading up to initiation, and now we have the curriculum for chapters to spend the eight weeks focusing on the development of our Associate Members. By instilling the Seven Core Values into the Associate Member program, chapters will foster continual growth in our new members to ensure they are truly ready to experience Pre-Initiation and the Initiation Ritual.
